Purpose

To support growth and structure team.

Key Accountabilities

Carry out all Supply Chain tasks to support product availability and the business including but not exclusively:

  • Optimalization of purchase order flow and stock value.
  • Follow up on Forecast and transfer into Purchase/production plan
  • Frequent contacts with in- and external stakeholders in order to have the right product available at the right time
  • Analyse MRP proposals and prepare PO’s
  • Follow up different suppliers and logistic partners based on SLA & KPI
  • Track and co-ordinate inbound flow
  • Quality follow up with suppliers
  • Liaise with colleagues and external parties on supply chain matters where necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • 1st job experience in an international environment
  • Other languages besides English could be an asset
  • Quality control driven by working with Chemicals
  • Experience of producing accurate and complex documentation and correspondence
  • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of general IT systems and applications including spreadsheets, word processing
  • Experience of prioritising workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities

Skills

  • Clerical and administrative skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within defined standards
  • Experienced level of use of Excel
  • Can work in team or individual to take on- and complete tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or similar through experience
