Purpose and background

Ensuring high level of customer service by responding to all incoming customer inquiries, processing orders and
dealing with all incoming complaints

Nature and Scope

  • Deliver high quality and proactive support to our customers
  • Liaising with sales, purchasing, warehouse and accounting department.
  • Pursue and preserve customer satisfaction

Key Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for the order processing in SAP (customer orders – intercompany orders –
    merchandising orders)
  • Regular point of contact (phone/mail) for
    customer requests
  • Effectively handle customer complaints
  • Reporting stock ruptures
  • Be a backup for colleagues in your team
  • Create customer intimacy

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Language skills: Dutch, French and English
  • Preferred experience with SAP and/or CRM Microsoft Dynamics
  • High customer focus
  • Good priority setting and time management.
  • A hands-on, problem solving mind-set with a flexible attitude
  • Proactive way of working
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player but being able to work independent.
